You can stop by City Hall and complete an application form.

A deposit of $150 is required for all rental property.
How are my utilities billed (water / sewer)?
Water meters are read monthly by automated service.
A utility bill is mailed out the 1st of the month.
Payment is due on the 15th of the month and delinquent on the 25th of the month.
A $5 fee is charged for a reminder notice on the 26th.
Service is disconnected on the 27th if arrangements for payment have not been made.
The city offers payment by cash, check, bank pay service, or credit.

Does the city have a dump?
The city has an area located at the fairgrounds for grass/garden
clippings and for trees/shrubs. No other items may be left
at this area for burning. The area is open to the public
at no charge.
Do you have a recycling program?
The city has a recycling program set up. The collection area
is open every Saturday from 9 am to 12 noon. All city residents
pay $.25 on their utility bill for this service. Any customers
not from the community pay $.25 for each load they drop off.
